DO NOT OVERCOOK!
*Thaw in Cold Water for 8 Minutes
Mahi Mahi — Cover in olive oil and broil. Add garlic butter and lemon. Do not overcook.
Shrimp — Run under cold water and serve. (Orange in color means it is already cooked.)
Fresh Dover Sole — Sautee in a pan with garlic, butter, and lemon.
Fresh Halibut / Salmon — Best when cooked rare to medium rare like a steak. Mix lime / lemon with butter and serve over the top.
Scallops — Sautee in butter for 45 to 75 seconds. Add garlic, lemon, and onions for flavor. Stir often over medium heat.

Chicken Cordon Bleu — Cook frozen. Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes. Turn once. Serve with rice or noodles.
Chicken Strips — Bake at 425° for 13-16 minutes, turning once. Great in salads!
Lemon Pepper, Honey Mustard, Italian, Southwestern Chicken, Boneless Breast of Chicken — BBQ or broil on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with rice, noodles, or in a salad.
